Rough Run...
Today's run was hard. I just wasn't in the mood to run so just getting the motivation to go to the gym was rough. I started out with an 8:20 min/mile pace and lowered it to 8:13 after the first mile. I kept it at that pace for the rest of the run though. What made this run particularly hard was that my left hip started to feel a little strained after the halfway point. I ran through it and made sure to stretch well afterwards. My hips have always been tight when I run a lot and I need to make sure I stretch very well in order to avoid injury. I think I will try to look up some more stretches that will specifically target my hips. Looking forward to the 3-mile run tomorrow.

Look at your running your 5 miles quickly. I hoping I can get that to be my 3 mile pace at one point!
