Its Offical!

Today we finally booked our Marathon! We had a few tough decisions to make when filling out the application. The first one was what we wanted to have a bibs say. I told Lauren she should put Mrs. Patrick on here but then we decided since we were training together we should both have the same thing on ours. We (Lauren) decided on Just Finish, taken from the “Just Do It” saying. I think this is a very realistic saying for us, since it is our first marathon it would be nice to finish. The second decision we needed to make was what time we would like to finish in. Lauren wanted a 4:20ish and I wanted a 4:45ish, so we decisions to meet in the middle at 4:30. We pick the same time in case the split you up by time at the start of the race. The next thing on the list will be booking a flight. We plan to do that either when I get a job or on September 1st which ever come first!
