A Nice 5k

Today was a nice and short run we only had to do 3 miles so we set our IPods for a 5k. Since today was my first day teaching summer school Lauren and I decided to meet at her place at noon. Luckily the weather wasn’t too bad today which made the run more pleasant. With Lauren back in town and running with me my times have dropped a little which is good for me but bad for her. We ended up doing a quick loop by her house which she told me would have minimum hills (I think out definition of hills is a little different). Over all is was a decent run and I am VERY excited to have tomorrow off, my legs are tired from soccer and running and I haven’t had a break in a few days.
