Solid Run

This week was much better than last. Wednesday I did a very hill run around my neighborhood and the ones around here. It was good to be very tired and workout my legs a lot when running. Friday was a light easy 1.5 mile before working the basketball game.
Saturday was a long run (11 miles) I did this run with Meagan, at her place (in Reminderville). The run was pretty flat with a few hills in Meadowwood and Oakview. The best part of the run was we really pushed ourselves at the end. We did out last 2 miles in less than 10 minutes. I was very happy with that and am excited to continue training. While I am upset I took a week off it was good because now I know how much better I could be doing if I would have kept up with my training.
